What Trillium Staffing Solutions is Hiring for:

Trillium Construction is seeking Apprentice Welders for long-term and temp-to-hire full-time positions!

Must be capable of MIG welding galvanized, carbon steel, and thin wall sheet metal. Must be able to produce strong welds that are smooth, non-porous and consistent. Welders will also assist fabrication team as needed and must be willing to do other tasks when not welding.

Positions start immediately working 1st & 2nd shift, 8-10+ hours a day, Monday thru Friday, with some Saturdays. Pay is $19-$22 per hour, depending on experience. NO Per diem is being offered

Qualifications

- 1+ years of welding experience- Ability to weld vertical, horizontal, flat, and overhead welds- Experienced in MIG welding- Familiar with fab shop welding symbols- Own basic hand tools- Reliable transportation- Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
