Matrix Camps and Logistics is hiring Construction Labourers for a remote mine project based out of Edmonton, AB with fly-in/fly-out access to Bathurst Inlet, Nunavut. This 3-month opportunity offers a rotational schedule and hands-on work supporting construction crews in an arctic setting. Ideal candidates are physically fit, safety-minded, and team-oriented, with the ability to adapt to demanding outdoor conditions.

Entry Level Opportunity
Rotational 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule

What you’ll need:

WHMIS and Level 1 First Aid
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
Willingness to work in harsh, outdoor environments
Safety-first mindset and punctuality
Valid driver's license preferred, not required

What will make you stand out:

Prior construction or general labor experience
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Availability for the full project duration (approximately 3 months)
