What Cameco Corporation is Hiring for:

As a member of the Technical Services department, you will report to the supervisor, support systems in the program management pillar. 

You will be responsible for delivering project document control in accordance with Cameco’s procedures ensuring compliance with Cameco’s processes for controlled and not controlled documents. You will also be responsible for project filing, archiving, retention and handover preparation, electronic document flow and distribution within project teams (supply chain management, construction management and vendors).  You must ensure effective and efficient management of project and functional department documents to a high degree of reliability for security, version, visibility and availability while maintaining a controlled reliable audit trail.   

This is a temporary 12-month position. 

Requirements of the position: 

  • Certificate or diploma in administration  
  • Three to five years of relevant work experience 
  • Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered  
  • Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail 

Assets: 

  • Experience with electronic file sharing networks or web based document management systems
