What L. K. Jordan & Associates is Hiring for:

3 Installation Technicians for a San Antonio-based company that provides fire alarm/security alarm installation and services for commercial and residential clients. 

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to travel to Austin Cibolo, and Houston.
  • Accommodations and per diem available for out of town jobs. 
  • Typical schedule is Monday -Thursday from 7: 00am- 6: 00pm.
  • Pay is in the $20 -$25 range DOE!

Job Duties:

  • Can run, pull, test and terminate cat 5/6.
  • Terminate 2, 000+ jacks, RJ-45s, Cat 5e, 66/110 blocks.
  • Work with single mode and multimode fiber.
  • Build out, terminated, and dressed MDF and IDF closets.
  • Install WAPs, Experienced with Security installation.
  • Running wire and terminating, CCTV and IP cameras.
  • Installing Fire Alarm Devices.
  • Pull Stations, strobes, smoke and carbon detectors.
  • Hanging WAPs, Pulling Cat 6, dressing closets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience; low voltage.
  • Completion of a background check, drug screen, and MVR.
  • Valid Driver' s license and reliable transportation.
  • Must have basic hand tool.
  • OSHA 30 Certified.
