What L. K. Jordan & Associates is Hiring for:

2 Installation Technician to work for a San Antonio based company that provides fire alarm / security alarm installation and services for commercial and residential clients. 

  • Must be able to travel to Austin, Cibolo, and Houston
  • Accommodations and per diem are available for out-of-town jobs.
  • The typical schedule is Monday through Thursday from 7: 00am- 6: 00pm
  • Pay Rage: $20 -$25 DOE.
  • Medical Dental, 401K, and Vacation after 6 months (once you go perm)

Job Duties:

  • Can run, pull, test and terminate cat 5/6.
  • Terminate 2, 000+ jacks, RJ-45s, Cat 5e, 66/110 blocks.
  • Work with single mode and multimode fiber.
  • Build out, terminated, and dressed MDF and IDF closets.
  • Install WAPs, Experienced with Security installation.
  • Running wire and terminating, CCTV and IP cameras.
  • Installing Fire Alarm Devices.
  • Pull Stations, strobes, smoke and carbon detectors.
  • Hanging WAPs, Pulling Cat 6, dressing closets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience; low voltage
  • Completion of a background check and drug screen and MVR.
  • Valid Driver' s license and reliable transportation.
  • Must have basic hand tool.
