This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a nationwide Oil & Gas company in:

Minot, ND.

Rotation: 15 / 6 (12-hour shifts)

Job Summary:

The Equipment Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable PSD (Product Service Delivery) to customers. This role involves identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and assisting field and maintenance crews with preparing equipment for operations. Key responsibilities include ensuring job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time, participating in pre-job and toolbox meetings with crew members, and maintaining equipment in good, safe working order according to standards. The Operator must report problems or deviations and ensure the safety of both individual and crew work. Additionally, the role involves preparing equipment for rig up and rig down times, operating the equipment according to competency level and job requirements, wearing PPE, observing HSE policies, and maintaining the required safety training.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers.

**Requirements:**

- High School Diploma

- Must be local

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a skilled operator in open hole and cased hole

- Wireline experience required

- Diesel mechanics and electronics experience a plus
