Our Story
Virtual Coworker is an outsourcing staffing firm that believes in the impossible. We go above and beyond to create a seamless and exciting hiring experience for our Clients and Candidates. Our ongoing efforts have saved our Clients thousands of hours every week and millions of dollars every year with dedicated Filipino virtual assistants. We keep things simple as we source for your rockstar staff member but at the end of the day, we’re all big kids at heart. We’ve learned that company culture is the secret ingredient to building an amazing remote organization. Allow us to share more of our story and some tips for building your own remote culture.
Founder Story
Founder, Braden Yuill, has proven to be an exceptional entrepreneur, reinventing the manner in which people view the structure behind businesses. Standing behind the belief that there is no “one size fits all” business model, Braden has applied his personal experiences to assist others in finding new, more efficient ways to run their organizations.
Continually streamlining his enterprises, Braden’s pursuit of value led him to the forefront of the outsourcing movement. In Filipino talents, he found an excellent way of keeping his operations running without compromising the quality of work. This new approach saved him hours every day which allowed him to focus on growing his organizations. His genuine appreciation for and belief in the Filipino workforce is inspiring and compelled him to evince his findings with fellow entrepreneurs. Hence, the establishment of Virtual Coworker.

Giving Back
Virtual Coworker believes in giving back, changing the world, and making a long-term impact in the Philippines. We proudly partner with Children International, an 84-year-old top-rated international charity organization. They work to end the cycle of global poverty in 10 countries with 67 community centers around the world. Their bold vision is focused on four key areas: health, education, empowerment, and employment.
In 2019, we were honored to spend the day at their Community Center in Manila and witness the amazing work they do first hand. We also got to meet hundreds of healthy, happy, and highly creative kids as they performed their Summer Grand Finale show for family and friends.
We currently sponsor 3 awesome teenagers, Ivy, John, and Antonio. We’re looking forward to helping with any guidance they may need when navigating the workforce after completing school. Ivy is studying physics, John is a tech guru, and Antonio is a graphic artist. Super talented kids and we’re happy to be their sponsor.
